Cancellation Policy

At Salonzo, we aim to provide a seamless booking experience while ensuring fairness to both customers and partner salons.
Our cancellation policy is structured to accommodate various scenarios.

1. User Cancellations:
– Users can cancel their booking free of charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled

appointment.


– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation

fee or no refund, depending on the salon’s individual policy.
– Users who frequently cancel last-minute may be flagged, and their ability to book appointments

may be limited.

2. Salon-Initiated Cancellations:–  If a salon cancels a confirmed appointment, the customer is entitled to a full refund.

– In case of cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances (such as technical issues or emergencies), Salonzo will assist in rescheduling or finding an alternative salon.

3. No-Show Policy:
– If a customer fails to show up without prior cancellation, they will be charged the full amount,

with no refund applicable.
– Multiple no-shows may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the user’s account.

4. Refund Processing:
– Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, depending on the payment method.- Refunds will be credited to the original payment source or as Salonzo wallet credits if applicable.
