1. Refund Eligibility for Customers

Customers may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances: – Appointment was canceled by the salon without prior notice. – Service provided was significantly different from what was booked. – Appointment was not honoured despite timely arrival. – Payment was made, but the service was not rendered. Refund Request Process: – Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the appointment date. – Requests can be submitted through the Salonzo app or website under the “Help & Support” section. – Customers must provide relevant details, including booking ID, date, and reason for the refund. Non-Refundable Situations: – Change of mind after the service is rendered. – Dissatisfaction with service outcomes that meet standard industry practices. – Late arrival by the customer resulting in missed appointments.

 

2. Refund Eligibility for Salon Partners

Salon partners may request refunds of commission fees if: – A booking was canceled by a customer less than 2 hours before the appointment and the partner had already incurred preparation costs. – Payment discrepancies occur due to technical errors. —

3. Refund Timeline 

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. – Salonzo is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors. 

4. Commission Breakdown

To ensure transparency, the 20% commission is broken down into different operational parameters. Refunds will be calculated based on the net amount after the deduction of nonrefundable operational fees.
